Can you return artwork?

Yes you can return any artwork within 7 days of when you receive your purchased work. However you will need to pay for the shipping costs. YOU MUST contact us before you return and MUST ship the artwork within 3 days of letting us know you are going to return it.  

If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions will apply. Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.)

How to return artwork (that is not damaged)

Step 1 – contact us and let us know the reason you would like to return the work

Step 2 – Put the artwork back in the original packaging that you received it in. If you have already thrown it out you will be responsible for replacing it, follow the details on the shipment page. Contact us to let us know you have shipped it with any tracking details.

Once your package arrives back safely we will process your return and will endeavour complete the refund within 10 working days. Any shipping or custom fees will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

Can you return artwork that arrives damaged?

Yes, absolutely. You have 7 days from receiving the artwork to let us know that it is damaged. Please keep the original packaging and take photos of all the damage and send this to us. We will respond to you within 10 business days to discuss the next steps.
